• Minimum Stay: 2 nights

• Holiday Premium: +25% during holidays

• Cleaning Fee: $120 one-time cleaning fee (pass-through cost)

• Extended Stay Cleaning: For stays of 7+ nights, a $100 cleaning fee is added every 7 days

• Additional Housekeeping: Available upon request
