Located above the garage (private stair access required), the Historic Carriage House is just under 1,000 square feet and features
1 bedroom wrought iron queen bed, 1 clawfoot tub/shower bathroom, living room with sleeper sofa and kitchen.
Your accommodations include complimentary continental breakfast and snacks as part of your booking.

A two night minimum stay is required with a 25% premium charged for holidays. A one time cleaning fee of approximately $100 will be charged (pass through actual expense for cleaning). For stays longer than seven (7) or more days, cleaning service is required and an additional fee of $100 will be charged every seven (7) days of occupancy for cleaning service. Additional housekeeping or turn down services are available.

Note the addition of Transient Occupancy Tax at 10% plus Humboldt Tourism Assessment Tax of 2% for a total of 12%.

Julia Morgan’s Redwood Grove is drug free and nonsmoking, inside and outside, including a ban on electronic cigarettes. While we love our guests, we put the health of our guests and staff first.

Pets cannot be accommodated, except for service dogs.
